This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health (“WDGPH”) to prospective proponents to submit quotations for Beverages, Supplies, Equipment, and Services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

WDGPH is seeking a supplier to provide coffee, tea, and hot chocolate beverages and supplies, coffee brewing equipment, equipment installation and maintenance services as well as supplier managed inventory services at each of the following locations:

• WDGPH Office: 160 Chancellors Way, Guelph, ON, N1G 0E1
• WDGPH Office: 180 Broadway, Orangeville, ON, L9W 1K3
• WDGPH Office: 490 Charles Allan Way, Fergus, ON, N1M 2W3
• Off-Site WDGPH-operated Clinics where requested.
